At Taimir Cutting Board, we value your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Packaging: All tags, plastics, protective films, and original packaging must remain intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

To begin a return, please contact us at contact@taimircuttingboard.com. We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns resulting from a change of mind or ordering mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Returned items must meet the standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, tags intact). A proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
